We support this by offering a wide range of <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/came-services-to-give-the-customer-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flexible co-innovation services<\/a> that can be adapted to any customer. The more flexible we are, the more we support the energy transition.<\/p>\n<p>2) Our activities <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/came-die-casting-achieves-conformance-with-the-iatf-16949-management-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">improve continuously<\/a> because sustainability is not something we can achieve immediately, but is a constant process made up of numerous interlinked steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our efforts for operational sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For several years we have adopted a strategy of continuous innovation and investment in critical areas, but this will be strengthened in the near future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will make significant investments in two large areas:<br \/>\n<\/span>1) Updating machinery,<br \/>\n2) Environmental impact management and reduction (waste reduction, water recovery, photovoltaic expansion).<\/p>\n<p>We need to make these efforts to become increasingly eco-sustainable.<\/p>\n<p>We also work hard to create a sustainability culture<a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/modello-231\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> among employees, customers, communities and the public administration<\/a> through open and transparent communication.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is how we can discover and solve challenges quickly and stay ahead of the curve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A practical example is our collaboration with one customer, a world leader in hydraulic pump production, through the ECOVADIS Sustainability project of which we are a partner and through which we analysed our company\u2019s level of sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>We will also attain <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/came-certificates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification<\/a> by the end of June 2022, both of which are important in relation to Total Sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, sustainability is a strategic goal for us, our customers, our team and our community.
