{"id":14490,"date":"2022-09-30T12:08:17","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T10:08:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/?p=14490"},"modified":"2024-05-26T19:35:26","modified_gmt":"2024-05-26T17:35:26","slug":"came-meetings-to-involve-the-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/came-meetings-to-involve-the-team\/","title":{"rendered":"Came meetings to involve the team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Came puts great weight on a sense of corporate belonging and sharing information among the corporate population.<\/p>\n<p>We want each of our employees <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/development-of-the-human-capital-in-came\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to feel part of the great Came team<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, following a request from staff during the 2021 corporate climate review, we decided to organise regular meetings with staff to share company issues that are considered important at the time.<\/p>\n<p>The moment of sharing we conceived creates a direct channel of communication <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/the-values-of-the-came-team-teamwork-expertise-sharing-comparison-trust-responsibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">between Owners, General Management, Management<\/a> and the entire corporate population, where we talk about business strategy, projects involving part or all of the company and its national and international reference context.<\/p>\n<p>We organised the first round of meetings with the staff just before the summer break, on July 21 and 28, at the Parish Theatre in San Pietro Mussolino.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14483\" src=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Gli-incontri-Came-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"450\"><\/p>\n<p>In over an hour, we discussed topics such as the socio-economic context in which Came operates today, the importance of compliance with <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/quality-safety-environment-and-social-responsibility-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">occupational safety and environmental regulations<\/a>, the results of business climate analysis, <a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/power-your-growth-the-video-about-cames-new-slogan-and-logo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the new Came brand<\/a>, and business strategies for the future.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was well received by the staff who attended, with very positive feedback on how these kinds of meetings are useful and functional.<\/p>\n<p>Came now has almost 360 employees and is structuring itself as a large company.
