{"id":18565,"date":"2025-05-08T12:33:29","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T10:33:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/?p=18565"},"modified":"2026-02-25T17:15:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T16:15:37","slug":"came-thanks-customers-for-taking-part-in-the-2024-customer-satisfaction-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/came-thanks-customers-for-taking-part-in-the-2024-customer-satisfaction-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Came thanks customers for taking part in the 2024 Customer Satisfaction survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The results of the 2024 Customer Satisfaction survey indicate that Came&#8217;s continuous improvement path is paying off, which encourages us to work even harder on improving.<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, we again decided to involve all our customers&nbsp;<strong>by surveying their level of satisfaction with our work<\/strong>&nbsp;and providing an overview of the improvements implemented by Came.<\/p>\n<p>The survey revealed&nbsp;<strong>an average improvement in the Customer Satisfaction Index<\/strong>, a positive perception of product and service quality, and the recognition of core values \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/cames-5-pillars-of-innovation-and-sustainability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">such as innovation, market knowledge and continuous improvement<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 as distinctive elements of Came&#8217;s identity.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Improvements for 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our area managers&nbsp;<strong>have already taken action to build upon our strengths<\/strong>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/came-italy.com\/en\/3-benefits-of-the-came-process-for-customers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">such as lead time and change request management<\/a>.
